Qualifications & Responsibilities include:

• Minimum 5 years experience in supervision of commercial construction projects
• Ability to implement plans, specifications, layout while having total control of the project and schedule
• Experience in restaurant, petroleum, retail and other "fast track" construction is a plus
• Computer proficient (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus)
• Ability to travel is required
• Maintain job site from start to turnover
• Site layout
• Manage safety program
• Produce quality construction per plans and specifications provided
• Manage the schedule, coordinate sub-contractors and facilitate material deliveries
• Long term employment commitment
• Must be team-oriented and focused on client satisfaction with a commitment to quality
