Qualifications & Responsibilities include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
- Construction management degree preferred
- Computer literate (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore is a plus)
- Oral and written communications skills
- Client focused
- Team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Willing to travel to projects on a monthly basis
- Review plans & specifications
- Schedule and maintain project schedules (experience with Microsoft Project is preferred)
- Prepare owner and sub-contractor contracts
- Procure materials
- Pre-qualify sub-contractors and suppliers
- Manage project budget and profit
