I am writing this letter to thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your company on The Capital Grille-Boca Town Center project. It is my sincere hope that you were satisfied with Sun Electric's performance on this job.

More so, I am writing to express to you how highly impressed I was with your company and your staff. Having been in the trades for exactly 20 years now, 7 of those as owner of my own company, I can honestly say that I'd be hard-pressed to compare Deerfield Construction to any other I've worked with. From the day Sun was awarded the contract to now closing out the job, from the back office work to the field, every experience and dealing I've had with Deerfield has been a good one. Not to mention the timely payment schedule.

Ben and Pat Johnson are two very special people who you should be proud to have working for you. It was an unusual experience for me to be met by a Superintendant on day one of a project and not be asked to have 10 men on his job the very next day. Instead, Ben asked me to send him two men and explained to me his plans and strategies. This man runs the most organized construction project we, as a company, have ever worked on. He exercises great control over his project and his sub-contractors without ruffling anyone's feathers; a gentleman in every sense of the word. Pat Johnson was also terrific to work with, making certain we kept on top of our paperwork, put in our payment requisitions and supplied her with any necessary back-up. Additionally, all of my dealings with John Mikesell were fair and professional and he was also a pleasure to work with. There wasn't a single obstacle that we couldn't get past in an amicable manner. You are truly blessed to have this staff working for you. I am optimistic that this is the beginning of a long and mutually profitable working relationship between Deerfield and Sun. We hope that you keep us on your bid list and bid more projects in the Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade area. We would be willing to travel up to Martin and Lucie Counties to work with your company again.
