professionalism and level of customer service provided by John Mikesell and Jim
Scott.
John and Jim showed an extreme amount of dedication and initiative. They were always
attentive to our demand for quality workmanship. Further, any unforeseen issues
that arose during construction were always handled fairly and resolved to my satisfaction.
It is sometimes difficult to find such qualities in an employee and I know you must
