To the team at Deerfield Construction,
I cannot thank all of you enough for the magnificent job you have done and continue
to do everyday on our building. I have been in the customer service industry for
a long time and I am very seldom satisfied, yet, you all have made myself and my
team “raving fans” of your work and involvement in this project. Space does not
allow for me to write to you of all of the wonderful things that you all have gone
out of your way to do for us. Everyone at your office was consistently pleasant
and helpful. I felt as if plans were very organized, decisions were made promptly
and that our best interest was always a priority.
I want to thank Mr. Jim Anderson for answering all of my silly questions involving
me in every way possible. You do not meet people with this kind of passion often.
Mr. Scott Dalton was an absolute pleasure to work with. Scott was overly accommodating
on a daily basis and kept me up to speed and completely informed. No stone went
un-turned in this project thanks to his knowledge and persistence.
All subs on this job were professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. My
hats off to all of them.
I appreciate all of the hard work that went into the building. The care and concern
for all of the property was evident through out this entire process. I went into
this experience with little expectation and came out an advocate for your people
and what you do.
Again, thank you all very much for the work on what will be my “second home” for
quite sometime. I would absolutely jump at the chance to work with your company
