1. How do I see what projects you are bidding?
Click on the Login button, login using your user name and password, then click on View Projects. If you do not yet have a user name and password click on the Join The Bidders List button to register.

2. What if I forgot my password?
From the Login page, click on the Forgot Your Username/Password link, type in your email address and your password will be email to you.

3. How do I view plans online?
Once logged in, click on the View Projects link. To view project documents, click on Click for project details for that specific project and the corresponding documents will then be displayed. Click on the View button next to the drawing that you want to view.

4. How do I download plans and specs from your web site?
Once logged in, click on the View Projects link. To view project documents, click on the Click for project details link for that specific project. From there you can download plans individually, by category, or by project.

5. How do I get hard copies of plans?
Hard copies of plans may be obtained from a local reprographics facility in your area. The local reprographics facility is listed on the invitation to bid that you will receive.

6. Can I get plans and specs emailed to me?
Plans and specs will be available to view and download only from this web site and from the local reprographics facility.

7. Can I automatically receive Invitations to Bid when a project comes out in my area?
Yes, when a project comes up in your area an invitation to bid will be emailed to subcontractors who have registered in our system.

8. How do I edit my contact information in your database?
Click on the Login button, login using your user name and password, on the left hand navigation, click Edit Profile located beneath your username.

9. Why are files zipped when they are downloaded?
Drawing files are rater large, especially if for whole or partial sets of drawings. Files are zipped (compressed) in order to download them faster.

10. How do I install Winzip to unzip downloaded files?
On the bottom left hand navigation, click on the Download Winzip link to be directed to the software provider's website. Or click here instead.

11. Where do downloaded files go?
Upon downloading documents, you will be prompted to choose your desired name and location for the file to be stored on your computer.

12. Can I download whole sections of plans or the entire set?
Yes, whole sections, such as the civils or plumbing section can be downloaded as a set.

13. Why is my Download button not working?
Settings in your Internet Explorer browser program may need to be edited. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Options, Click Security, click Custom Level, scroll down to the section titled "Downloads". Make sure that the Enable setting is checked for, "Automatic prompting for file downloads", "File download" and "Font download". Click Ok, click Ok, close Internet Explorer, navigate to and login again on the Plan Room page.

Another possibility is that your Internet Explorer program may be prompting you to allow pop ups under the address box at the top. You can opt to select pop ups for this site only. In order to download from this site any popup blockers will need to be turned off. Google Toolbar has another popup blocker in addition to the on in Internet Explorer. If installed this popup blocker will need to be turned off as well."

14. Why and how do I have to submit a qualification form annually?
Many company’s circumstances change over the course of a year. Some add scopes of work that they perform while others grown in capacity and the size of jobs that they can handle. To submit your qualification form click on the Subcontractor Login button, login using your user name and password, click on Qualification Form. This form can be resubmitted annually when you update your contact information.

15. How do I submit a bid electronically?
Click on the Subcontractor Login button, login using your user name and password, click on Submit Bid. This will allow you to attach a file in an email to us. Bid may also be submitted via fax to (513) 984-4180

16. Why do I need Adobe Reader and how do I download it?
Adobe Reader is a free program that can view PDF files. Drawings and specs are in a PDF format. To download the program just click on Download Adobe Reader or click here.

17. How do I get projects on the View Projects page added to the View My Projects section?
Click on the box to the right of the project on the View Projects page and click on the Add To My Projects button. This allows you to better manage the projects you are bidding for us and allows the estimator to communicate any revisions, bid date changes, etc., to you in an expeditious manner.
