15 years experience in Information Technology managing; the local and wide area network, telecommunications, the web site, and the help desk. Doug has earned; an MBA in ecommerce, MCSE (from Microsoft) and MCNE (from Novell) certifications and serves as an editorial adviser for CONSTRUCTECH magazine.
