Qualifications & Responsibilities include:

Deerfield Construction

  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
  • Construction management degree preferred
  • Computer literate (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus)
  • Oral and written communications skills
  • Client focused
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willing to travel to projects on a monthly basis
  • Review plans & specifications
  • Schedule and maintain project schedules (experience with Primavera SureTrak is preferred)
  • Prepare owner and sub-contractor contracts
  • Procure materials
  • Pre-qualify sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Manage project budget and profit
